Another therapy branding consultant says, ”If
you are not prepared to commit to a branded niche, then consider adding
life-coaching services to appeal to today’s consumer looking for quick
solutions rather than long term insight.”
This appeals to
me as a therapist not only because I can offer help to a wider range of clients
but also because it feels good to feel more current and up to date. Of course
the extra income is a bonus too!
But wait... if I
offer modern consumers the convenience, accesibility and solutions they are
wanting, (which is a good thing, right?), do these ‘results’ last? Is it not
the proverbial sticking plaster....?
